Procedure:
It is important to select a well-known leader of a business so that you have sufficient resource and background information on the leader. You are to select a well-balanced combination of secondary resources (i.e., minimum 3 journals, books, magazines, etc.) in either hard copy or on-line sources.
Requirements:
It is suggested that you select one important event, change, or challenge which put the leader in the headlines and evaluate the leader in response to that specific situation. Your analysis is to be based upon contemporary modes of leadership that look at the leader from the three perspectives: leader, followers, and the external environment.
