Put information into table, Labeling in table1.
In this section do not summarize/explain you finding.)
Example: the data collected from tonight labs was for 1 participant and
is presented in table1.
Discussion (1-2 pages)
Explain the data presented in you results section.
Answer discussion questions at bottom of lecture notes. in paragraph format.
Discuss other studies on muscular strength test (1RM) and there findings.
What could have been some limitations or error in the lab experiment
